Indian Hills Community College is searching for a College and Career Transition Coach that will serve Van Buren County High School and Pekin High School.

This position supports college and career preparation and post secondary success. The coach will work with parents/families, school district staff and community college staff to provide student support. The position is split between Van Buren County High School and Pekin High School.
