Mr. Justin Copeland earned his Master's in Education Administration from Iowa State University, and his career has since been filled with impactful roles in various schools. He has served as a Dean of Students at Burlington High School and Assistant Principal at Oskaloosa Elementary, worked as the At-Risk Coordinator at Fairfield High School, and taught 6th Grade Social Studies at Fairfield Middle School. Mr. Copeland has also coached high school football and track and field.
Outside of work, Mr. Copeland enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling. He values quality time with his family and cheering them on in their activities and events.
